YOU'LL ARRIVE IN STYLE AND COMFORT
BEFORE THE DOWNBEAT BEGINS.

BEING ON THE ROAD for a performer is both exhilarating and exhausting. My job is to make the artist's journey as easy as possible so they can do their job—give a world-class performance.

For me, it all starts with the Tour Manager. We agree on a performance calendar and then I go to work making the travel arrangements. Because I've handled so many music tours over the years, I know just what it takes to get a successful music tour off the ground.

IN THE AIR

Every music tour starts with transportation—usually an airplane heading for the skies. In addition to booking all air travel, I schedule any airport transfers and keep detailed files on travel preferences. For international travel, I'm an expert at negotiating lower airfare rates for a large group. Tour Managers love that.

ON THE ROAD

Road trip? I can pull together a bus tour that'll get the whole gang from city to city efficiently and comfortably. I book limousines and town cars for artists' use, as well as rental cars in any city. I know the restaurants that have late-night dining after a performance, and can recommend local tourist sights for daytime fun.

COOL COMFORTS

Getting there is important, but where you stay is paramount. I know the must-stay hotels in every city with the amenities that'll help your travelers unwind—all while staying within your budget. And whether it's fresh flowers upon arrival or a blissful massage to melt away stress, I'm a pro at long-distance pampering.

"AS THE TOUR MANAGER for Frankie Beverly & Maze, it has been my pleasure
to be associated with Ron Stern as our travel professional for many years. His attentiveness to our unique travel needs has been uncanny. Whether it's 2 pm or 2 am, Ron has been there for me with concern and compassion. Simply the best!"
